Returns and Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Preston Industrial Plastics. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund, subject to the following terms:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Used Items: Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
- Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or credit.
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested and received within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Purchases: If an item has been purchased in error, the responsibility for arranging and covering return shipping lies with the customer. Returns must be sent to Preston Industrial Plastics at the address provided upon approval.
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pips.uk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Preston Industrial Plastics reserves the right to inspect all returned goods and to determine the final eligibility for a refund or credit.
